Also, their company vision is amazing and so are their hotels. The Rex and Maxwell have gorgeous interiors, amazing guest services. They are definitely one of a kind hotels. It's great to hear that they are explanding to our area.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03939793374986701262noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14666781.post-1168151304437503252007-01-06T22:28:00.000-08:002007-01-06T22:28:00.000-08:00Yeah, The Senator is somewhat a waste as an office...Yeah, The Senator is somewhat a waste as an office building. First, that the boutique hotel is an excellent use of the building. I know other historical buildings that have been explored for this use (we looked at one on K street ourselves), but this particular building is perfect. It would have just killed me to see a quick refurb job and then see it reloaded back into the office space matrixAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14666781.post-1159981173563121482006-10-04T09:59:00.000-07:002006-10-04T09:59:00.000-07:00This is easily one my favorite projects out there ...This is easily one my favorite projects out there right now. The plan sounds exciting, and I think Sacramento has needed a nice boutique hotel for quite some time. I'm also glad to hear the near universal opposition to chain places.
