I saw a couple renderings that looked like they were both of Lambert's propsals. Both looked very sleek and modern. My neighborhood could be one of the best in America if we could get some of those parcels straightened out.<BR/><BR/>I've been thinking about doing an article about how much trouble Sacramento is in because of the real estate bust.
