Restaurateur Randy Paragary is building a 105-room boutique
hotel in Midtown Sacramento at Capitol Avenue and 28th Street. The hotel will include high ceilings and a
fireplace and the design will be reminiscent of a big-city boutique hotel. The hotel will also be one of the first
Tapestry Collection hotels, under the Hilton name, in California. Completion of the project is projected to be
2020 at a cost of $29 million.
