With only three new tires stores left in the downtown
Sacramento grid, it appears the Goodyear at 1121 I Street will be replaced with
an eight-story mixed-use building. After demolition of the
tire shop, the new building with 204 apartments would be 85 feet tall and 223,820 square feet. For
