At the corner of 21st and Q Streets across from the vacant Sacramento Bee headquarters, a six story mixed-use building has been approved for construction. The projects a 290,000 square foot building witg 246 residential units and 68 feet tall. No timeline for construction has been given or cost to build.

That's becoming quite the little neighborhood around the Ice Blocks! Very nice!
Disappointed by the lack of connectivity with sidewalk... the landscape buffers and blank walls at the sidewalk level somehow makes this development feel anti-urban.
