The Planning Dept. received plans to demolish the existing building at 2031 K Street and construct a new development with 296 mixed unit with 8 floors and 91 feet tall. Demolition requires historic evaluation as well as a deviation for height. The proposal includes 233 studio units, 50 1-bedroom, and 13 2-bedrooms.
