WAL - Warehouse Artist Lofts

 The R Street corridor has been moving in the right direction for quite some time, but the competition of the Warehouse Artist Lofts (WAL) is truly a remarkable achievement. This six-story structure built in 1914 has been converted into a 116 rental apartments and ground floor retail. The $41.5 million complex has been in the works for 17 years by the Capitol Area Development Association (CADA).

The Warehouse Artist Lofts

The WAL projects expected to be completed in late 2014. This $41 million project continues to build upon the industrial district historical past and supported by the Sacramento art community.
