Construction Milestones:
- Elevator work is in progress
- Modular Systems Furniture installation has begun on Level 3
- Site work continues along Neighbor’s Alley and will move to Pedestrian Alley
- Gas and fire water line tie-ins are in progress
- Raised access flooring installation is substantially complete Levels 2 through 11
- Metal stud framing, MEP rough-in and drywall is in progress Levels 8 through 11
- Installation of Penthouse metal panels is substantially complete
- Roofing on Penthouse and Main Roof are substantially complete
- Retail space design is in the approval stage
- Interior graphics package design is in the approval stage
- Furniture layout reconfigured for post COVID return to work scenario
- Interior and Exterior art installations are in design with selected artists
The project is scheduled for completion early 2021.
