The Former Downtown Plaza

At an amazing pace, the Downtown Plaza is all but torn down. You can now easily see buildings on J Street while standing on L Street where the mall use to be.

That has a really great view. I think they should put in an urban living community in there. That would be great if they put in apartments, a small outdoor mall, and a park there!
